Organizational diagnostic See what is slowing the company down—before people simply learn to work around it.

The deadline is still met. The client still gets an answer. But more work depends on chasing, escalating and somebody quietly saving the day. Kamoto shows where that pressure is building, what is producing it and what leadership can change.

01 — More than a survey

The tool captures the answers.
We read the room.

An online survey shows us where the same experience keeps returning. A diagnostic workshop lets us see what happens when people try to explain it together.

Everyone selects “decision-making needs improvement.” Useful—but not enough.

Why did the room suddenly go quiet when that particular example came up?
Kamoto Diagnostic platform dashboard with stability index, gaps and open actions
  • Anonymous inputWhat people are willing to say when individual answers remain protected.
  • Diagnostic workshopsWhat happens when people discuss real decisions, responsibilities and pressure together.
  • Senior interpretationWhat we notice in the unfinished sentence, the careful wording and the example somebody almost gives.

This is not an ordinary workshop with better stationery. The survey shows us the pattern. The room shows us how the pattern stays alive.

02 — What enters the picture

One company. Three ways to understand how it works.

Leaders, employees and the data may describe the same problem differently. The Diagnostic brings those views together.

01

Anonymous online survey

Broad participation reveals patterns across teams and roles without exposing individuals.

02

Facilitated diagnostic workshop

The workshop is part of the diagnosis. We notice hesitation, contradiction and the moments when the rehearsed answer stops working.

03

Leadership context

The company’s stage, priorities and operating demands determine which patterns matter now.

Numbers make the pattern visible. People in the room make it understandable.

03 — How it works

From “something is not working”
to knowing what to change.

You do not need to diagnose the company before starting. That is rather the point. We use an anonymous online survey, diagnostic workshops or a combination of both—depending on the question and the people who need to be heard.

01 Frame the question Agree on what leadership needs to understand.
02 Create a safe setting Let people describe what they actually experience.
03 Find the pattern Compare answers, examples and what happens in the room.
04 Test the meaning Check whether the explanation fits daily work.
05 Assign action Give the finding an owner and a visible next step.
06 Remeasure Ask whether work actually became easier.

The report is not the finish line. It is where the useful conversation begins.

04 — Leadership view

See where the system is asking people to compensate.

A company can appear stable because capable people keep stepping in, remembering what the process forgot and resolving decisions that should never have reached them. The dashboard shows where that invisible effort is gathering.

  • Stability index How reliably the company operates without constant rescue
  • Pressure map Where decisions, ownership or coordination become difficult
  • Domain gaps Where different parts of the company experience the system differently
  • Qualitative patterns What people keep describing in their own words

Good people can hide a weak system for a surprisingly long time.

05 — Managed decision

A finding should come with a next step.

“Decision-making is slow” is an observation. “Remove one approval from these decisions, name the owner and review the result in six weeks” is something a company can act on.

  • What is happening and where it appears
  • A clear owner with authority to act
  • A next step, timeline and expected result
  • A leadership forum that keeps it moving

No orphan findings. No action plan that quietly disappears into SharePoint.

06 — Proof

The action was completed.
Did anything actually improve?

The new process was announced. The workshop happened. Every action in the tracker is green. People are still waiting three days for the same decision.

Completion tells us that activity happened. Remeasurement tells us whether the operating pattern changed.

A completed action is not proof. Easier work is.
