Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data processed through the kamoto.hu website, including information submitted through the contact form or sent directly to an email address published on the website.

The website is intended primarily for companies, managers and professionals interested in organisational stabilisation, leadership support, operational clarity, retention and related consulting services.

The contact form is intended for business enquiries. It is not a candidate-registration platform and does not provide a CV-upload function.

Please do not submit CVs or sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Avoid including health information, identification documents, political opinions, trade-union information or other special-category personal data unless Hatamoto has specifically requested that information and provided an appropriate notice.

Personal data we collect

When you submit the Kamoto contact form, Hatamoto may process the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your company or organisation.
  • The topic selected in the contact form.
  • The information you voluntarily include in the message field.
  • Any subsequent correspondence relating to the enquiry.

Information received through direct communication

If you contact Hatamoto by email, telephone, video call or another agreed communication channel, we may process the information that you provide during that communication, together with relevant contact and correspondence details.

Technical information

The website and its hosting environment may automatically record limited technical information required for website operation, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of a request, the requested page, error information and security-related log data.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data is processed only for defined and relevant purposes. The main processing activities are described below.

Information submitted through the website is not used for newsletters, unrelated direct marketing or advertising profiling unless a separate lawful basis and appropriate privacy information are provided.

Providing your personal data

Providing personal data through the contact form is voluntary. However, fields marked as required must be completed so that the form can be submitted and Hatamoto can understand and respond to the enquiry.

If the necessary contact information is not provided, Hatamoto may be unable to respond, arrange a discussion or assess the potential engagement.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your enquiry. Do not provide personal data relating to another individual unless you are authorised to do so and the disclosure is lawful.

Data retention

Contact-form enquiries and related correspondence are normally retained for 12 months following the last meaningful communication. This period allows Hatamoto to respond to follow-up questions, understand the history of the enquiry and document the business discussion.

If an enquiry results in a contractual relationship, information connected with that relationship may be retained for longer in accordance with applicable contractual, accounting, tax and legal-claims requirements.

Technical logs may be retained for a different, usually shorter, period determined by security needs, system configuration and the operational rules of the hosting environment.

Personal data will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless continued retention is required by law or justified by the need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Recipients and data processors

Personal data is accessible only to Hatamoto personnel and service providers who need access for the purposes described in this policy. Hatamoto does not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

Cookies and technical data

The website may use strictly necessary cookies, local storage or similar technical mechanisms where required for website functionality, security, session management or form operation. These technologies are not used to create advertising profiles.

Automated decision-making

Hatamoto does not use personal data submitted through the Kamoto contact form for solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
